Project features: This project is executed according to digital delivery standards and is the first set of digital delivery system equipment in the field of hazardous waste incineration in China. The use of visualized 3D models significantly improves the accuracy of design, greatly enhances the efficiency of on-site construction management during the construction phase, reduces construction errors and rework, shortens the construction period, and saves engineering costs. The digital delivery carrier has enormous advantages in data integration, retrieval, extraction, and other aspects, providing great convenience for the later operation and maintenance of enterprises. It can effectively reduce costs, improve management efficiency, and at the same time, have sufficient data information as a foundation, providing guarantees for the later development of factories. The connection between the rotary kiln and the secondary combustion chamber in this project does not adopt the traditional structure of directly inserting the rotary kiln into the secondary combustion chamber. Instead, a connecting upward channel is set between the rotary kiln and the secondary combustion chamber. This design is more suitable for incineration conditions with large solid-liquid ratios of hazardous waste, resulting in higher combustion efficiency and more thorough incineration of waste liquid.
