This project is a comprehensive waste liquid incineration project, and the owner serves all industrial enterprises in Binzhou City. The collected waste liquid is materials that are extremely difficult for the enterprise to handle, with a wide variety of materials and different properties. The waste liquid contains 10% sulfur, 5% chlorine, and alkali metal salts such as sodium and potassium, with an average salt content of over 5% and a maximum salt content of 30%. By adopting special pretreatment design and salt separation technology, the slagging and corrosion of salt in the flue and equipment are reduced, ensuring stable operation of the equipment. This system equipment is the first incineration system in China to process 50000 tons/year of high salt, high chlorine, and high sulfur waste liquids.
