Product Description
The D1 series damper valves, which are specially designed for gas system, are applicable to air, flue gas and other low-pressure gases. The damper valves could be used for on-off or controlling purpose in the piping system, assembly actuators of manual, pneumatic or electric types. Leakage scope of the valve seat is 0.3%~5%, when seal gas system is used, operation without leakage can be achieved.
The damper is formed by plate, the stiffener and the split type shaft sleeeve, the overall strength was strictly checked and calculated so as to ensure the strength under the medium pressure, i.e. the fluid analysis and optimization was performed for the configuration during the valve is fully opened to minimize the flow pressure loss.
